Requirements Analysis: Work with the Customer and the System Engineering Component teams to collect, analyze, and approve the customer BMS requirements 2. Lead the customer communication for review and approval 3. Guarantee solid baseline of requirements and reference documents for the development Development planning: 1. Plan and monitor the development progress in alignment with program milestones 2. Work with Engineering lead and electronics and software teams to align overall program milestones 3. Supports Program Management (PM) by align development timing, resources and cost 4. Lead the system level BMS development activities 5. Report out of the development status in Clarios internal meeting (SDT/EDT) 6. Monitor the verification coverage for BMS Customer Interface: 1. Main customer interface for all BMS related topics 2. Lead the customer meetings in liaison with HW and SW teams as technical experts 3. Report out of the development status in customer meeting 4. Lead and support the engineering team for all electronics related customer needs Additional Interfaces: 1. Assist in SW release processes 2. Lead the customer discussion in case of BMS issues 3. Support Clarios quality processes (FTA, FMEA, 8D) 4. Support Engineering and Quality team in customer report out 5. Manage documentation to ensure a sensible archive and traceability of including requirements, standards, validation reports and customer documents/communication 6. Provide technical support to designers, engineers, suppliers, and support personnel 7. Perform system analysis on design to direct BMS specific requirements and confirm 8. HW/SW implementation.

Solid years of experience with automotive product development and qualification 4. Solid years of experience in product development planning 5. Experience or training QM tools (FMEA, Fault-Tree, 8D) 6. Experience in ASPICE, ISO 26262 7. Experience in Vector CAN tools is nice to have 8. Experience JAMA, JIRA 9. Knowledge of Cybersecurity 10. Excellent written and verbal communicator to effectively communicate ideas 11. Fluency In English Solid communication and organizational skills 12.
